Thanks for all your nice comments, i'm quite chuffed with my longest run yet. My fingers are bandaged up and my face is turning a few heads, unfortunatley for all the wrong reasons!

I'm hoping to be running tomorrow, but after a walk up Helvellyn today I may have a lazy evening instead, see how i feel.

I'll definatly be there for 8am again on Saturday, if any of you can make it.

Yeap, hope to see you tomorrow Sarah, I will not be able to make next Saturday as "The mighty atom" Linda and I are on a 24 mile road run as part of our training for The Abingdon marathon (Oct 22nd so it's looming fast Crying or Very Sad )

I can't do this Saturday either as I'm heading off to (hopefully) sunny Scotland for the Loch Ness marathon. I'll join you all for a Saturday run when I get back. Good luck to you and Linda at Abingdon marathon, and maybe we'll meet up at the hilly one in Wales Weight Lift whacky078

Good luck Col, ref our chat, I suggest that you tag onto to a group of club runners aiming at a 3.15. They will have trained together and will know the pace off ot a t-tee.
DO NOT! I say DO NOT! think when following them/running with them that you think you are running too slow PATIENCE!

Never forget Connemara! SLOWLY SLOWLY CATCHY MONKEY (or Colin! Embarassed )
