Saz,
Just try to run away from Dave's jokes. That should keep you going for miles.

Sarah,
You will just have to join us on our annual pre-Christmas pub crawl for that one! Laughing
On the last Thursday before Christmas every year we all go on a Darwen pub crawl (usualy about 20-30 of us) and Dave performs his annual Christmas tree climb. Embarassed

Off to bed now, early start for me and Col and I will see you at 8am Cool

Hi Saz /Sarah,

You done really really good and I canbout for Colin and Dave to say the same too!

That was one hell of a debut for you and you done well. Thumbup

As for the "DIVE" Embarassed At least you done it in style Cool

If you are going to go down then at least do it in style and by golly you sure done that Laughing

Seriously though, the next time you go " a clannger" GRAB HOLD OF THE NEAREST PERSON TO YOU! Today, it would have been me but we are used to it!

All in all, this mornings run really brought back to me and "The Milemuncher" Colin just what running is all about, ENJOYEMENT Shocked

We can all go about our various training regimes and get "ultra" notted up in the routines etc etc etc but as much as I have "enjoyed" my training up to The Abingdon Mar, I really, really, really enjoyed this morning!

It is why I started running!

Thumbup
