Would love to join you this weekend but I am travelling down south saturday morning, I am keen on the idea so if you make it a regular thing I will try and be there next time.

I have a long VERY slow 24 miler booked for Saturday morning so I will set off early (about 7-ish) and incorporate your run into my own and then head off over the hills on the way back. Shocked

Well done and thank you Rebecca for your support to Sarah on this! Cool

Hiya Rebecca,

It would be great if we could make it a regular thing, nice to have some company and increase my miles, and Dave said he would be ok for most Saturdays, have a good weekend. Very Happy

Be great to see you Colin, do you fancy setting off with me a bit earlier?

I can be at yours for about 7am and we could do a SLOW loop to be back at the Sunnyhurst for 8am?

How far are you going Shane on the first bit, I'm on my 2 week rest before the marathon?? About 10 miles would be OK for me.

Hi Mate,
What I might do is leave my gaff between 6ish and do about 5m, drop down to yours for 7.15ish and we could get about 4 before dropping down to the pub to meet up and over to great hill, you could then head straight back with Sarah and Dave and I will head off over fingerpost and down to the enti etc

It will be mega easy going so I don't think it wil harm your tapering.

Looking forward to seeing you and catching up! Cool
