Sarah,
I was as worried as you this time last year but it was fine, there are lots of really fast runners, but there are also plenty like you and I.
I did 3 of them last year and on none of them did I feel like I was too slow as I was surrounded by people whoe were just as slow.
Relax and you'll enjoy it, honest !

and then you can do withins skyline, full tour of pendle, three peaks and borrowdale.
Good luck tommorow I cant make it, doing langdale (race clashes eh), ill be there for the second one though
