Thurs night Theme night 'led runs'

Please note what runs will be available on the Thurs night Theme night.

Rebecca will be leading a Steady paced run

Jimbo will be leading a 10K

Russ will be leading a 7 mile road run again at a steady pace.

No doubt there will be a fell option as well but as I am promoted to Cook's assistant I won't be involved in that one.

Please, please make the effort and come along if you can. The club are trying hard here.

PS I can recommend the Chili!
